High Tech Fair Reimbursement Policy

Tranportation Reimbursement:

When reimbursement for buses is requested the following guidelines must be followed:

• Only one bus per San Diego County public school is eligible for reimbursement. 
• SDSA reimburses for district-provided transportation only, not private companies.

• Schools must submit transportation bill to SDSA within 6 weeks following the event.  Reimbursement requests received after May 31 will not be honored

• Schools that cancel their participation are responsible for any cancellation penalties imposed by the Transportation Department in their district

• Only one substitute teacher fee per San Diego County public school is eligible for reimbursement. 
• Schools must submit their substitute teacher bill within 6 weeks following the event. Reimbursement requests received after May 31 will not be honored
