09 Bus Reimbursement Policy

High Tech Fair Bus Reimbursement Policy

When reimbursement for buses is requested the following guidelines must be followed:

• Only one bus per school is eligible for reimbursement. 
• Schools must submit transportation bill to SDSA within 6 weeks following the event.  Reimbursement requests received after May 31 will not be honored
• Schools that cancel their participation are responsible for any cancellation penalties imposed by the Transportation Department in their district
