SDSA - KidWind Science Project - San Diego, July 10, 2012 The San Diego Science Alliance hosted 6th - 12th grade STEM education teachers at the SDG&E's Energy Innovation Center to explore the science and technology of capturing wind energy to produce electrical current which has developed to become the fastest growing energy resource in the world.
SDSA - SeaPerch Research Deployment - San Diego, June 2, 2012 Students from Oceanside to San Ysidro, ranging from 4th to 12th grades, participated in a mock research exercise utilizing remotely controlled mini-submarines equipped with underwater video cameras and scientific probes.
