Get to Know Contest extended!

The Get to Know Team invites youth to go outdoors - or to a local zoo or aquarium - and 'get to know' their neighbors of other species. Youth can then submit creative works of art, writing, and photography based on these experiences. This year marks the launch of a new "This is My Forest" Video Category, in celebration of 2011 International Year of Forests and in partnership with the United Nations, the U.S. Forest Service, and Parks Canada. Winners will receive wild prizes, including the opportunity to attend a weeklong Get to Know Art & Nature Camp at a National Park in Canada. 

The Contest deadline is 11:59pm on December 17, so hurry up and enter today!
