FOR TEACHERS OF GIRLS IN 6TH TO 10TH GRADE

Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) San Diego invites you to encourage your female students to register to attend the 2010 Annual EYH Conference held at the University of San Diego on Saturday, March 6.

Three hands-on science workshops led by San Diego's leading scientists and engineers and interactions with female mentors from local colleges make the EYH conference a fantastic experience!

A parent program is also available with workshops with college administrators regarding admissions and financial aid, plus tools to help parents mentor their daughters.

Please note that transportation (from school sites throughout the county) is available at no cost.

Teachers, please be sure your students know that when they fill out the registration, they can put a check next to requesting scholarship (no questions asked) and this means they won't have to pay the $20 per student.  Same for parents.  We want all girls who wish to attend to be able to do so and thus can underwrite the costs of their conference fee and offer transportation

Please share this with your students. Some of them likely attended last year, and they are welcome to attend again and will go to different workshops
