Important Bulletin: Free School Assembly Programs Now Increased For Grades K-6th
The San Diego County Water Authority has just received a grant to provide 30 additional school assembly programs for the 2009/2010 school year and an additional 30 shows for the 2010-2011 school year. Schools that have not had the show during the past year are eligible to schedule a performance.
This highly rated show addresses many of the State Science Standards and has received rave reviews from teachers and principals alike.
"H20, where Did You Go?" (A musical science assembly about water.)
The San Diego County Water Authority is pleased to be able to provide this show at no cost to you, which is produced by "Shows That Teach." This musical science assembly program will keep your students engaged for 40 minutes as they learn about the Water Cycle, States of Water and many other water facts. While emphasizing our local water resources and water conservation, the show intertwines comedy and music to make learning fun. Each teacher also receives a class-set of educational "cootie catchers" that review and reinforce the concepts presented in the assembly program.

Note: - Minimum audience size is 200 students for each performance.
