2010-2011 BioEASI K-12 Science Art Challenge

Have you ever wondered why all of the original scientists like Galileo, DaVinci, and even Darwin, were also artists?  Science and the arts are necessarily interconnected because both disciplines seek a means to observe, understand and explain the world.

Inspire your students to discover new ways to look at science and the world by encouraging them to make a piece for the “Science Art Challenge”.

Students can express what they know about science in a creative way, show off their artwork at the San Diego Science Festival and possibly even win a Prize!
