Please join us on Thursday, October 21st, for a glass of wine, appetizers and a chance to meet archaeologists and educators experienced in using standards-based archaeology lessons with elementary and secondary students.

Explore the Center's exhibits and interactive displays featuring 10,000 years of local history

Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the collection vaults

Examine lessons about the process of archaeology and issues in preservation of artifacts and sites
Representatives from the San Dieguito River Park will also be present to share information. The vision of the San Dieguito River Park is to preserve and interpret the natural and cultural resources of the river valley rom the river's sourceon Volcan Mountain, north of Julian, to the Pacific Ocean in Del Mar.
