FREE WATER TESTING WORKSHOP for Teachers (Grades 6-12)

The San Diego County Water Authority will be offering its semi-annual Water Quality Testing program on November 8, 2010 at Mission Trails Regional Park.

This workshop will teach you how to use our water testing kits and make you eligible to check them out whenever you want. The kits contain nine different water tests and allow for a hands-on experience for your students in biology, chemistry and environmental science.

This workshop is FREE and we will pay for your substitute. You will also receive a 100 page teachers manual, student workbook and a set of poster-sized watershed maps of San Diego County. Lunch will also be provided.
