As part of its ongoing strategic plan for transforming learning, the San Diego County Office of Education offers educators this FREE 2-day intensive workshop designed to enhance and enrich the educational experiences of students and improve your digital literacy. The workshop is geared for:

Teachers
Para-educators
Administrators
Library/Media Specialists

Participants will explore ways to utilize web-based and other electronic tools as well as to deepen their understanding of the grammar of the Internet using our state-of-the-art computer laboratories.

Learn how to:

Build websites/blogs/wiki spaces
Create non-linear, interactive PowerPoint presentations
Create video tutorials
Incorporate QR codes into your lessons and classroom environ
Produce podcasts
Use FREE video conferencing tools to provide after-school help
Use mobile device applications for learning…
