Educator Workshop: Rocketry

Date:   Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Target audience:   Teachers, grades K - 12

Location: JPL's Educator Resource Center, Pomona, Calif.

Overview: Few classroom topics generate as much excitement as rockets!  The activities and lesson plans contained in NASA's Rocket Educator Guide emphasize hands-on science, prediction, data collection and interpretation, teamwork, problem solving and best of all ... FUN!
