(Solar Energy, Simple Machines, Beginner Robotics.  Title One Schools: $5 per student; First Field Trip to LEGOLAND $6 per student.)

FIRST LEGO League is exciting this spring, especially the new North American FLL Open in May.  If teachers would like to attend, May 21 or 22 is a free Teacher Appreciation Day. For their family and friends, discounted spectator tickets are available. Teacher needs a coupon each day (attached).

 Jr. FIRST LEGO League Expo:  Sat., Jan 29^th 

(6-9 year olds; 25 teams.  Beginner's showcase; Reviewers talk to teams; High Five ceremony at noon.)

FIRST LEGO League Invitational: Sat., Feb 19th               

(9-14 year olds; 40 teams.  Robot Performance on Body Forward themed game-table.)

Spring Showdown:  Sat., Mar 5^th

( 9-14 year olds; 20 teams.  Robot Performance on a Raceway themed game-table.)

North American FLL Open:   Sat-Sun, May 21-22     

(9-14 year olds; 75 teams.   Champions from USA, Mexico, and Canada compete over 2 days.)
