NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing

All girls residing in the US are eligible to apply for the National competition.

The NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing honors young women at the high-school level for their computing-related achievements and interests. Awardees are selected for their computing and IT aptitude, leadership ability, academic history, and plans for post-secondary education.

The Southern California Affiliate is proud to host this award in the SoCal "mega-region", which includes six southern California counties around the Los Angeles / Orange County Area. Thirty award recipients will be selected for their aptitude and interest in IT and computing, solid leadership ability, good academic standing, and plans for post-secondary education.

We encourage women in grades 9-12 to apply.
