Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for Teens! Learn how most can be prevented.
Are you a teen driver, soon to be a driver, or a parent of a teen about to get their license? THEN THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU!
- Come for a fun-filled and educational afternoon of free activities including a rock climbing wall, DJ, contests, giveaways and many other interactive opportunities for teens, parents and families.
- Learn how to find your way under the hood and around the car, information for parents on the most dangerous driving situations for teens and how to avoid them, how to talk about driving and how to set and enforce rules to address leading hazards.
- Teens and parents will learn about the dangers of impaired and distracted driving, and how to help teens better ‘fit’ themselves to the car they drive. Lots of community resources!
- Classic cars, hot rods and race cars on display.
